I signed a contract over two weeks ago on a product that is on promotion nationwide. I am told no stock exist in my region, and the device must be shipped from another region. However, the courier company (DSV) has a problem and cannot assist, and this is nationwide. How is it possible that a courier company can hold a large business such as MTN to ransom, and MTN cannot, or will not make alternative arrangements? This same product is running a promotion again for the month of April. Mind boggling

Nobuhle was an excellent consultant. She really made me understand my package and successfully did my upgrade. Same garbage everytime I come to this store, don’t waste your time with this branch, they don’t answer calls, provided me with details of what documents they require only to come back and tell me i am missing documents. Not recommended

The service is good but stock levels are the worst, they haven't had stock of the iPad for more than 2 years now apparently there isn't even an ETA (expected time of arrival) had to put contract on month to month. Don't know why they still advertise it on their website and their monthly "YelloTrader" it's misleading and false advertising

I visited the store just after 2pm today and was directed to the consultant at counter no 1. She was absolutely useless and unhelpful. In desperation I asked her to call the manager. After asking her a few times to call the manager she reluctantly sauntered off. I waited about 20 minutes with no sign of her or the manager. I then left the store, paid for the parking and was walking to my car when she came out to call me back. Needless to say I wasn't prepared to waste anymore of my time. It's no wonder the store was empty..such poor service.

I have been trying all morning to contact the store to check stock of a phone for an upgrade. The phone just rings about 10 times then I'm cut off! This is most annoying. If I could give you no stars for customer service I would!

This MTN has rather long queues but also has a good system of running them. Great customer service and overall good experience. Staff are helpful, plenty of soft waiting seats and a nice, clean shop.

The processes are not smooth. There is no proper order. Friends were served first. When trying to contact the store - impossible!!! This is urgent and I am now frustrated! Will never refer MTN to any soul. Second bad experience with them!
