Beautiful photos beautiful brand l love and respect it.
Lets get down to business was the website helpful for my type of buying NO may be for the walk ins yes but surely not for me.
I believe in searching online the product l need and then maybe in the case of a car to go and collect it then l can rate the place and the service. For now l am looking for a used corola brand,the price and if l qualify for financing which l still need help on.
Online buying has gained tremendous momentam and McCarthy Toyota needs to improve on it.

Worst service ever. Went in with the intent of buying a new vehicle. But wasn't even seen to.
Clearly they aren't interested, like really I was willing to throw my money at them.

I Met with a person by the name of Jason. Wasn't happy at all with the way he went about things. My car was one and half years old. It had surface rust which was confirmed by three panel beaters. He first of all didn't want to come and have a look. However after insisting and saying that it is definitely surface rust and a factory fault, he had a look. Thereafter he said No, it is a stone chip. He is not even qualified in this field, yet he arrives at his own conclusion!!!! Thereafter I called Toyota South Africa Customer care and told them how disgusted and disappointed I was. They advised me to go to a Toyota Approved Panel beater who confirmed immediately after examining the vehicle that it was definitely surface rust and NOT a stone chip. I also called Halfway Toyota Scottburgh from whom I bought the vehicle and spoke to a person by the name of Dees, who gladly assisted me. I would advise anybody that you rather go to another Toyota franchise like Mobeni Toyota, Durban South, Halfway etc rather than going to Toyota Edwin Swales. I must say that I'm really dissatisfied and disappointed!!!!!

Neville and Rodney Wilmot, service department has no passion for service, the manner in which you speak to customers are disgusting, learn to have respect and treat your customers like they human beings and not like lice that needs to be brushed off. If its too late in your lifestyles to change then go out to pasture and retire.
