these guys have had my vehicle since the 28 Feb and still haven't done the assessment required, do they only have one assessor that when he is not in no one else can do the work? i am getting really frustrated because i have been without a car for the past 3 months now, i know not all the delays were because of them but they are definitely not helping

I am unsure how to rate them. They did a good job at fixing the problem in my car. But they were slow. If it was not for one of their employees that put pressure on her colleagues to finish faster it would have taken forever.

The facility is clean and neat and feel professional. Work is proper. But it takes forever.

We were on a Road Trip from Cape Town to JHB where our management light came on near Bloemfontein. We called ahead near closing time and they told us we could bring the car in immediately. The service center staff worked after hours to work on the problem. The next morning we needed to have to car assessed on the computer before we continued on our way. We recieved breakfast vouchers while we waited. The Lindsay Saker service was excellent.

They still have to learn about under promise and over deliver at the service centre. The staff is friendly and helpfull, especially Heila.

I do not feel welcome when I walk into Lindsay Saker, no one attempts to come and ask if they can help you. Luke they decide who they want to help. It makes people feel unimportant. As if you need to wear a suit or dress to be noticed. Had once good service for a man there but that was it.

Good service. Some of the staff at Parts were somewhat erroneous with my order which delayed my parts not even arriving after a month. But still a five star rating for good service from me.

You can do better, but is still a good experience. Siyabonga or Siyabulela you were saved by the Lady Roxanne.

They advertise a specific Tiguan on cars.co.za for R440 900. So i phoned. Only to be told no sorry, that is the base price. They still have to add the extras installed ? They can't get a base model from the factory with no extras installed. So no sorry. You can't get a Tiguan at the price we advertise for. Really. And you want me to trust you?

Very nice dealership (looks wise) and a great way of booking in and collecting your car. However I have had a seriously bad experience here with my last service. Had to have the timing belt replaced and apart from this costing an arm and a leg (like this with ALL VW dealerships) they left a cover off the engine and did not tighten the timing belt tensioner belt properly so almost cause irreparable damage to my car.
Might have been an isolated incident but also have received no feedback on my complaint so yes 1/5 is a high score from me, all things considered.

Very poor service. I bought my first car from them. Initially they fitted two different numberplates on the car which they fixed after I indicated that to them. I took my car in for some work under warranty, they removed the wheel and did not replace my lock nut key. I had to phone them later to enquire if they had it, which they did and luckily they returned the key to me which could have cost me a lot of money to remove all 4 lock nuts and buy a new set. I did have one good experience where they assisted promptly with adjusting the headlamps on a family member's polo. In conclusion the service is not very good, call handeling is also bad where one's call is terminated before reaching a person who can assist as well as people not calling back. I really hope they can drastically improve their service quality.
