I like the library in the building and the newspaper center. Beautiful renovated. BP garage from the building is the best with wonderful service.

Security in the building is good however it's situated in an awkward part of town although the workshop is just around the corner. Have to be extra vigilant outside the building because it's a hotspot for muggings.
