I have runout of airtime calling the company. They don’t send any updates. Their driver wanted to come deliver a parcel at night at 20:30 and shouted at me asking what he should do with my parcel when I called the company and asked to reschedule delivery. This is by far the most courier company I had to deal with.

By far the worst logistics company I have ever dealt with. My package was routed to Durban because they did not read the address. Took 3 additional days from the time i expected the package for them to sort themselves out. I didn't know such a mess up could exist until Laser happened. Never again! Stay away!

This Is by far the worst logistics company on the planet, they driver delivered our brand new order to a completely random House who seemingly stole and lost the machine all in a span of 4 hours, the service from the drivers to the managers team was completely horrendous, Prosper or whatever and his manager Medupe Kekana have been nothing but a headache and unprofessional in all conduct, they delayed our order by a whole week then proceeded to lose the order an claim they delivered to the wrong house. Please never use this logistics company it is completely scamful and cannot be trusted at all.

They have a good attitude when dealing with the transporter, delivery goods.. Attention, to detail on where to park when entering their business premise. From arrive time, on where to off-load goods and which bay to reverse into. Where to wait for your delivery note documents and where park after off-load goods Even, when and how to exit the business premise..

I got the incorrect tracking number for my item from the company I purchased the product from and when I called the Laser Logistics, I received excellent service from Jeanre. She took down my details and promptly called me back and provided me with geh correct details. Very happy with her service!
