  My experience with your Hillcrest branch has been extremely unprofessional! I have lodged my complaint with your management and will be taking it to the owners. From my initial session I have experienced nothing but rude and inexperienced staff.
  Extremely disappointing and this business needs attention.
  Please advise per return who I can contact to address this and take it further. I did ask and was merely advised “there is a Board of Directors”. How do I get a refund ?

  A business such as Laser Lipo is built on client satisfaction. My treatment sessions were lovely, however I am utterly appalled by the level of management skills. the fact that Laser Lipo Hillcrest has tried to charge me +- R4600.00 more for what was to be an approximately fair swop is further disturbing to say the least.
  Guys my money is not confetti! I cant pay for something I already paid for. Where is the common sense? when I asked for the regional managers number since I was getting nowhere , as she failed to respond to my complaint via email regarding my problem. Laser lipo Hillcrest says they cant disclose it to me, yet the regional manager is the one who sold me the product initially! So now who will the matter be escalated to if the regional manager wont get back to me?

  Laser Lipo KZN, is a five star clinic - Love their stuff, and great work ethics. I recommend them for any laser lipo treatments and skin rejuvenation.
