The hotel doesn't show respect for the guests as they allow people from outside to come drink and make noise for the guests that paid a fortune. When you are at a hotel, you need peace of mind because some of us are driving from far and need to rest peacefully for the next day

Beautiful setup
We were there for their annual people's pinic event
It was so nice the very friendly receptionist to the beautiful service.
The venue is so beautiful refreshing

The place is beautiful but the receiving service (reception) was bad. The dinner was horrible and they dish up for u. The dessert was yoghurt and some crumbs of a cake which was stiff. They didnt make efforts with dessert. The electricity goes on and off and there is no one making an apology instead they will say the electicity will come back it went off about 4 times in the morning before 8. Now we get here for breakfast and no one is here to assist and whenever they come they still dish up for you but its a buffetu have to ask for cereal which is not on the serving station

Poor service the staff is generally not friendly and there is little customer care. Showers need some work the door handles in the shower fall apart easily. Breakfast was not so great we travelled as a group and the buffet breakfast was not enough for everyone.

Not a good experience at all. To start with, they checked us into the wrong room. Then the tv in our room wasn't working and we were told that the technician wasn't available to sort it out. There is limited water to shower (it ran out in the middle of my taking a shower).
On the surface it appears to be a decent place but once you check in , you start seeing the many many cracks and flaws.

The walls were dirty , stains on the carpet and dirty blankets in the closet. There was no air conditioner (and this is the middle of Limpopo for crying out loud).
