  La Cigale should not get a rating at all.I had to tab a star,
  so I could put down my commentsVenue and chapel were
  ok.but we ask for 3 waiters, 1 barman.and it had a wedding
  planner on that we did not know at the time the owner’She’ was.
  She said that before started get served the 3 waiters plus the
  barman must help out at the bar because of the amount of
  guessto serve them quick and efficient.guess what the
  owner’Chantelle’ was the barman alone serving guess
  when I approach her because I could see the holdup at the bar
  we got hold of someone that was surpossed to be barman
  said she don’t want him in bar area.after speaking to her,she had to get
  the hired barman that the coupled pay for.please be aware of
  the above.I as not happy with the waiters that she hired for that
  evening they did not understand a person and so it’s is
  difficult to understand her as well.the time we viewed venue
  she told us the venue is on My perfect Wedding, we checked
  it out on TV and there she had bouncers’big guys’as waiters.

  Private wedding venue with an on-site chapel. Beautiful and well-kept grounds with chalets for family to sleep over in. Close to Port Elizabeth.

  I wish i could give them a minus 5 star rating. Wow, this was supposed to be a 3 star accomodation. I can't believe it. Horrible bungalows, outdated. And knowing I was staying there for the night before my wedding not even a chocolate on the pillow. The TV didn't work. Trying to lock the door with a difficult struggle and then the toilet didn't have a mat neither did the shower or bath so you get out onto the cold floor. There was no little complimentary shampoo or conditioner. There is no mat by the door so you walk into the bungalow from the forest floor and everytgung gets dirty. On that note tgey also do not come in to tidy wgule you are there; only before yoy arrive and after you leave. So if you planbing in being there tge night bedore the weddinf and tye night of the wedding with your new husband, designate someone to xlean yoyr room for you. As a vrude fettunf ready for yoyr bug dat its kinda gard to do it yourself. This review is for the accomodation. The venue is amazing and the staff at the venue were amazing and rally went the extra mile.
