  Thank you to Gerrie for the Time spent with us in the Kruger and the informative conversation about plants, animals and birds that we were able to see there and also a bit of the history of the Kruger Park. Grateful for the special attention and empathetic way in which you managed my elderly mum getting in and out of the vehicle. Also thought it really special receiving the wonderful pictures you took of our sightings including wild dogs, waterbuck, kudu, wildebeest, giraffe, warthog, crocodile, hippo, impala, steenbuck, squirrel, tortoise and the birds of prey amongst others.

  We as family just want to thank Gerrie our guide for a wonderful and unforgetful experience. His knowledge is out of this world. We enjoy his stories and it was a day full of laughter, never a dull moment.

  Our day safari dawned bright with anticipation as we set off promptly with our guide, Gerrie. It is indeed a privilege to listen to Gerrie as he imparts some of the deep knowledge and respect that he has for our environment. His infectious enthusiasm sustained an engaging and lively discussion throughout the day. From admiring the lilac breasted roller and learning of the lifecycle of the foam nest frog to spotting rhino and lion tracks by the side of the road and being confronted by the majestic beauty of an elephant ambling towards us - the day was filled with such fantastic and extraordinary moments. We also got to see myriad herds of impala, as well as buffalo, rhino, elephant herds and at least three leopards
  Gerrie's invaluable insights added a richness to our unforgettable experience. He is an attentive warm host who gladly shared his knowledge and experiences and provided us with a beautiful photo journal. We recommend Kruger Gateway Safaris highly.you are in for an amazing life experience!

  By far the best safari that we have been on. Gerrie our host was very knowledgeable about the Kruger and its inhabitants. It was a wonderful
  Experience as we saw all that he promised to show us and so much more. If you really want to see the true Kruger please do it with Kruger Gateway Safaris. Thank you so much Gerrie, you made our trip worth every penny.

  Gerrie is hands down one of the best tour guides I have met. Unlike other tour operators, Gerrie will collect you at sun rise and spend all day with you in the Kruger. Not only did we see the big 5, but Gerrie knew exactly where to go to find them.
  Highly recommend booking him if you planning a safari.
