Krost Shelving is by far the worst company I have ever done business with. Not only are they completely useless and full of lies , the comunication of the company is horrific.

The owner doesn't answer his phone, the client service lady you deal with is full of excuses. On top of all that they demand 100% payment before installation.

I would definitely NOT recommend using this company unless you are willing to be frustreated 24/7 and you love listening to stories/excuses.
