I did not feel like a visitor on my first day at Harvest Church Kloof. That was in 03 June 2012. I felt the love from the host team and the Pastors. I heard about prayer Wednesdays at the Ingane Yami children's village by the Giba Gorge and attended on the 6th June 2012. That is when I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and savior. Pastor Bheki Masikane prayed for us, the new followers of Christ.

In September 2012 I attended the New Members evenings, to know more about the church and see where I can be involved. On the 7th of October 2012 it was very cold. I got baptised that day, by Pastor Tom Paxton and the journey began. I joined a host team and started serving. When Harvest Church Giba was established, I was in the first host team there.

Harvest Church found me when I was working near the children's village, living at work, while my family was in Clermont. When I moved on from the job, I found myself jobless for a year. That means a year without seeing my Harvest Curch family. I did not give up. I found work and two months later I moved to Dassenhoek, so to be with my family again.

I have given Harvest Church 5 stars because once you set your foot in the building, you come back for more. I assure you that you will not just be a churchgoer. There is a ministry for all personalities, strengths and talents. Come to Harvest Church Kloof and / or Harvest Church Giba and serve your Lord.
