  Today was a very sad and emotional day, and I thank you for helping us in such a calm and professional manor. For making this terribly sad day just a little bit easier. I am sorry for the life of me I can't remember the name of the lady who helped us at the clinic, but thank you again. Your honorable way of handling things were really super. It was hard enough saying goodbye to our 2 fur babies, so thank you for making it just a little easier.

  There's a communication issue here that needs to be fixed. A simple "all those who don't have appointments, kindly book one because today we are fully booked" or "if you have not made an appointment, please take note that we have 5 appointments today, if you choose to stay, just know there's a possibility that you might not be attended to today".
  
  Communicate this daily. Not everyone who comes there has been there before. 😞. Otherwise the stuff is very kind😊😊, just need to fix that one crucial issue.

  good day ,
  next time you have vaccination day please let people without dogs or cats know about it .
  we got there about 9:30 this morning sit in a line of cars for an hour .
  just to be told when we get closer to the kennels that the shop and restaurant are closed.had lots of books that i always donates and i buy books in returns.
  at least next time put a big notice by the entrance from the main road or position someone to let people know that vaccination is taking place today ,no shops are open .
