Really shocked at what I saw today. A customer wanted to pay for something small with a bank card and the person behind the till said no it must be more than R50. The customer was clearly annoyed but didn't say anything and just turned around and was busy walking out when the guy behind the till called behind the customer in a very mocking manner "totsiens totsiens" The customer stopped, turned around and a verbal spat broke out. The guy from the shop even stormed out from behind the till towards the customer and I thought a physical confrontation is going to happen. The customer at that point used foul language and I could see that he was really angry. To be honest I would have been angry too. The guy behind the till was very unprofessional and he should not have mocked the guy that was already busy walking out of the shop. The two men was still carrying on when I walked out. Shocking behavior from the Kirby's Pets world employee. I will never buy something there again.
