Atmosphere is great, food is good. Waiting time is about 10 - 15 min. Here every Sunday. Happy customer.

The only reason I even consider going to this Spur is due to the kids loving the play area. My recent experience has been multiple sticky place mats and a filthy teaspoon with my cappuccino. This Spur seems to be getting worse with every visit. On top of this disgusting lack of hygiene, the waiters would rather spend an unnecessary amount of time dancing and singing during a busy period than doing their job, which also displays a lack of even decent service.

They have a huge tendency to make you feel unwelcome and rush you to finish your food about two hours before they close. They do this by going full out cleaning the place to such an extended that you feel that they are going to ask you to sit outside while they clean your seat. Even the manager is doing table inspection an hour before closing. That is a bit to much. Also the music was turned off an hour before closing. Bad shift handling and customer service.
