  At first glance it's lovely, and kept very clean.
  However there is a lack of maintenance and some very bad workmanship. Damp and mold problem in the cotage too.

  Unpleasant Experience!
  My girlfriend and I were flying to Port Elizabeth to attend a wedding over the weekend. As we arrived at Kamma Heights Guest house we walked up to the gate which had a sign with an arrow saying ‘Ring Bell here’ only to see an outline of where two door bells used to be.
  We then attempted to phone the number we had on our Groupon voucher. There was no answer after three attempts. There was a phone number on the outside of the house saying call for afterhours (it was 10:00 AM) When they answered there was a terrile noise and the person said they would notify someone to let us in.
  We were escorted to our room which used to be a double garage but had been converted to two rooms with a very thin dry wall running down the middle. At night we were kept awake with seriously loud snoring coming from the room next to us. The next morning we were greeted with a tray of breakfast which included an ice cold plate of cold flat greasy pan fried eggs, ice cold greasy bacon, an ice cold greasy crumbed chicken patty with two pieces of cold toast. (The room had no microwave).
  The shower water constantly changed at random times between ice cold and boiling hot water.
  Once I had dropped my girlfriend off with the bridesmaids I made my way back to the Guest house with the intention of having a swim in the plunge pool advertised as it was 36 degrees that day. Only to find the pool was half drained with algae green water, a swim was clearly out of the question.
  When we returned to the guesthouse after the wedding we were greeted again by the loud snoring clearly audible from the neighbouring room. The room was incredibly hot as it had been a warm day. We had no air conditioner nor even a fan to help cool the place down. As we left the next morning we tried to drop our keys off but again no answer at recption.
  It was such a shame to have an incredible wedding experience ruined by our accommodation experience.
