Some of the platforms are still damaged due to the fires from last year. Public toilets are really filthy and broken. Electronic announcement boards are rarely correct or doesn't work at all.

Train management is very poor lack of proper timetables . Front of house is generally clean but the rail lines and platforms are always dirty. Trash just gets forgotten under the trains. Trains are covered in "art" and alot of seats are ripped or cut with a knife. Barely ever on time.

The station is generally clean looks really good since the upgrade. The Metrorail ticket sellers, however, are the reason for the low two star rating, as they have absolutely no customer service and seem to be really frustrated that they have to bother assisting people in the course of their jobs. The woman with the red Levi framed glasses is the worst of the lot.
The trains are always late. Always.

The station itself is very clean and secure, however, the train platform and the trains are in need of some serious renovation and services. Suggestion: always book for 1st class (metro plus carts) , only take the train when there's daylight, always seat close to a fellow traveler so you can look out for each other. avoid focusing on your phone or using expensive electronic devices on the train for security reasons. Use your Google Maps App (with GPS tracking) to tell you which station the train is at.
