Wait in drive thru for loooong time.. order was placed 13:56pm and got my food at 14:16

The place is open 24hours but we waited fir a long time on the drive thru, we ended leaving. Poor service!!

My morning didnt start great. Visit you for a meeting and no power to outlets at tables and no wifi. Not a good start.

Waited 20 min for part of my order. Got home with a flat Coldrink and everything else cold and dried out. Poor service.

Barely has any cold drinks to choose from. No spice on the chips. Would not recommend this branch.

Horible Service, with no acknowledgement of customer requests. The ice cream machine (which includes milk shakes and similar deserts) is almost reliably broken. The food clearly stands on the heating racks making the lettuce inedible and the chips dry. The seating area is also neglected

Nothing more, nothing less than what was expected when ordering at the counter. A nice change is that there is a an actual queuing system. Also there is a digital display to show the progress of your order.

Card machine offline most of the times especially over the busiest periods of the month. Drive through system for ordering never shows order and is switched off between 9pm and 10pm although the drive through is 24 hours. Full menu is not available during the late hours of the night.
