  Ice cream machine is always out of order and there is always a stock shortage of some sort.

  Service is bad. They never have stock so don't ask for wraps or ice-cream. And card machine if it works is so slow

  Not good at all.
  Staff not friendly.
  No chips.
  The bunn of the Tower rounder was hard and dried out.

  Probably one of the worst KFC branches you will ever visit. Very poor customer service, and the food is never prepared in accordance with KFC guidelines. Always out of stock of buns, soft serve etc. Avoid if possible.

  Tills moved very slowly, the cashier didn't hear a single thing we said, they got our orders wrong and there were hawkers and beggars surrounding us while we were trying to eat.

  We passed through Piet Retief in a hurry and tried the drive through. The person taking our order were unfriendly and did not even make eye contact when talking to us. Then qe couldn't get our food at the drive through we had to park and go inside. After we had left and opened up our order the chicken on the burrito was so hard and dried out and obviously way too old we had to remove it because it was not tasty at all. What a disappointing experience.

  The staff is not properly trained, you don't even get greeted once you place an order, waited over 15 min for something simple. Speed points didn't work.

  after I buy Coke, they tell me they don, t have cup.
  No water in toilet, so I need to walk to spar nearby.
