Cramped space inside if you are just ordering take aways.

This KFC produces very fresh and good food, but it is not worth it at all.. whether you are the only person in the drive through or on of 6 cars waiting, prepare to wait AT LEAST 30 minutes. Don’t expect them to have ice cream or cupped cool drink from their soda fountain, because they never have this. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 14 years, so trust me

Very bad service I got today for the second time in this year, they ring real deal crunch burger knowing very well that their coldrink machine is not working and expect you to buy extra coldrink at other shops and yet they did not pack my full order.POOR SERVICE KFC LYNNWOOD

A truly unique fast food experience without the fast part. The only place Ive ever known to forget the chicken patty in their chicken burger. I could drive to the next closest kfc and get home with my food faster. But thankfully for this business it is conveniently located next to 10 000 hungry students and has no incentive to fix its problems.

I get my order quicker if I call it in and order it over the phone whilst standing in the queue.
But even then, you waiting until the Second Coming for the phone to be answered. The drive-through is no different, and this behaviour is consistent throughout all times of the day.
The workers here has less than no motivation to get orders through, and make it seem like they're doing you a favour when taking your money.

The service is fine inside, but when it gets busy service slows down more than it should and more tills are never opened.
Update: The whole KFC was closed today for no reason (store is 24/7). I can also confirm some of the other reviews of no ice cream on occasion as well as horrible drive through speed.response / report this review -

This centre's design is not very people friendly and the standalone kfc is a continuation of this legacy. The staff are uninspired and it shows in the lacklustre service. Everything ticks over however. Students and revelers shop here but customers are treated as transient and not worth retaining. "They will come if they want to."
