  I am currently standing inside kfc and I have to say it is the most disorganised branch I have ever been to.. people are standing waiting for their orders for over half an hour.. there's a customer who said he was here since 12:30 and guess what nobody can find his order.. the staff are unfriendly and not willing to help.. not even the general manager. I understand it's month end and extremely busy but it does not mean that the customers have to deal with moody staff..
