  Had to place my order three times be I got all that was ordered stated in drive through then had to in cause items missing waiting 25 mins for additional items that were not given. Be carfule when going through drive through seems to happen alot

  A KFC as one would expect. We went inside as it was at peak time and drive through was busy. Staff where very friendly and helpful... quick service. When you're rating a franchise, you know what the standard is and what to expect. Here the pieces where fresh, chips were well done and nice and the ice cream good. The toilets were also clean and well kept.

  I like food from kfc .if you ever want to eat here i suggest if you want to order any krushers its better to order it at the counter rather then the drive through as it seems because they serve the customers fast they give you frozen crushes rather then making it normally as they usually do when they make it when you order at the counter. Overall the foods nice and i like the fact they have a nice place to sit and eat and if you are interested in selfies it is actually a good place for that.

  Staff place the Combo order in piece parts costing more. When supervisor was called she just gave attitude when asked to correct it. Service people need to be friendly and accommodating. Service with a smile. Despite me handling the situation calmly the supervisor was aggressive.

  The service is appalling, drive through extremely slow and seems understaffed during peak times, already been told at the collection point, "we got mash but no gravy" after paying for mash and gravy, on one occasion they had no chicken only burgers. Poorly run Franchise

  Its one of a few kfc's that one can actually get their meal ready on time without having to check up on them and enjoy it with a bit of peace.
  
  This happens to be one of those kfc's where the stuff really appreciates the customer for choosing them, I've personally heard a few stuff members saying to customer "enjoy the rest of your day and thank you for choosing us"

  The food was good and halaal, but delivery was very slow. I waited inside the store for about 30 minutes and have not had a drive through time below 25 minutes.

  Twice no receipts were received. Once overcharged by R30. Second time 1 less piece of chicken. They tried to cover it up when i called. Also they once left the chips out but at least that time they made a special delivery.

  While the quality of the chicken is decent they usually don't have the chicken ready when customers are ordering through the drive thru service. Customers are then asked to park in the parking area for ten minutes or more so that their order can be prepared.
  
  This leads to a bigger problem as there are many beggars in the parking area that harass paying customers in full view of the staff who will completely ignore the situation.
  
  In short, good food, but not good enough to go through all the inconvenience to acquire it.

  This place was very good when it started. The food was the best KFC could offer and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, as with most KFC franchise restaurants, over time it has become an average KFC. Sometimes it is good, but other times it can be terrible.

  Staff are pleasant and it is located not far from the R55. So if you driving by you can pop in quickly and get something to eat. It's also a good place to meet for business, to show a car etc.
