Poor, very poor. Constantly gets orders wrong and almost always out of ice-cream. Dont always give all the food and the standard is horrible. Only one small chicken strip in a twister. You basically eat a wrap and lettuce.

Terrible. Waited for 40min in the drive through with no service or reason given. Ended up aski g the car behind me to reverse so I could get out. Spent 40 mins plus - from 21:40 till after 22:20????????????

The service has always been absolutely disposable. We never eet KFC because of their service, but we tried our luck tonight, and lost again as always .

Never has the food I want. Sorry we are out of stock! With NO NOTICE whatsoever! Tried to resolve it with the manager I would have had better results talking to an ant! Pathetic to say the least!

I must click on a star to get this posted - but take note that this is a minus 10 rating!!!
This is the third time I complain about the service and the last time - because I will never go to this Kentucky again! The drive-thru is a mess - you ALWAYS wait, always! Once in the line, you cannot get out. The service windows are closed and customers are impatiently boxed in in line while the staff is nowhere in sight. There is not even an emergency exit - this shop really needs one if taking in consideration the time one must spend there - waiting and waiting. For nothing. Last night me and the man in the car behind me hooted in an effort to get someone's attention from inside - after waiting for about 10 minutes. It nearly started a fight as the person in front of me jumped out of his car yelling at me - because he has also been waiting for more than 15 minutes. He thought I was impatient with him, wanting him to move his car. And then from inside, eventually, the excuse: the chicken is still in the oven. Both the previous times that was the problem. Even if you want to buy ice-cream you must wait for the chicken in the oven. Don't you plan ahead?! And don't think the guy, who eventually opened the window, care about me or the other people - just another unhappy customer..boring.. Both me and the guy behind me in the end left without ordering anything. I read some of the reviews on this page and realize that this is apparently a "normal" complaint about this specific shop - and nothing is done about it. Well, good luck! Go to this KFC if you want to spend 20 minutes in the drive through, only to hear that there's no chicken and you need to wait an additional 15 minutes. Pathetic service

Literally THE slowest KFC I have ever been to. Was stuck in the drive-through for almost an hour on two separate occasions. Step it up, you guys are embarrassing the franchise we all know and love.

Absolutely terrible. The milk in my Oreo Krusher was sour as could come, the gravy on the mashed potatoes had the consistency of water and the chicken was so oily that the oil literally dripped through the bag. Such a disappointment!

Great location but they never seem to have ice cream available. Last time they couldnt make a crusher because they had no mint leaves . It happens a lot. Would rather recommended Zastron Street
