Drive through order at 17:03 - speed point not working (that’s ok, life happens), so had to pay inside the shop.
Only got my order at 17:25.
Absolutely unacceptable. Why have a drive through if one has to still go inside to make payments and not get express service!????!!!
Will not be coming here anymore. Too many hiccups. Service just never improves.response / report this review -

Dont get what i ordered, oil is old my chicken taste more deep fried burn in old oil, the oil is still dripping from my chicken. Very Bad experience for the Franchise that should be exceptional at any branch

They don't seem to understand when you do not want to make a donation when ordering your food and they are more concerned about exploting R2 donation instead of getting your order right I had to send back my food 4 times. Not cool

the service is good however the quality of the food was a let down as Ive bought food there often, most of the time there's a this taste like the chicken is burn, or its either dry personally i wouldn't easily buy from this place. the reason fro two stars is the service is OK and in just OK,
