It was dirty and the service was poor, had to back out of drive-thru because there was nobody to help us. Went inside and the staff was busy cleaning after the previous night were students wreck the place. Had to wait longer for food because they were not ready. It was very dirty.

Not bad. It's a very snazzy, modern looking KFC like something out of Buck Rogers. Good quick service and decent food.

Was there this morning just after seven. Nobody at the tills, only one making coffee. The personnel were extremely loud shouting at each other. Not a nice atmosphere at all. Nobody seemed to be in a hurry to help clients cueing. Filling their Tupperware bottles with Fanta and eating in the kitchen. Waited 5 minutes before my order was taken. Cappuccino setting out of order. Got coffee instead. Drive through extremely slow from previous experiences. You have to step up your game people!!!

Yesterday I odered the 6 piece family treat. When I wanted to choose my 3 sides the lady said the menu changed I can only get 1 side. I checked the menu of kfc and saw the 6 piece with 3 sides for R149. Won't go there again ðŸ˜

Always something out of stock .no lettuce or no ice cream or no bread or no patties or no crushers or speed point doesn't work cash only that after u been 30 mins or longer in the drive through poor management in general all sorts come in use the toilet people loitering around begging for money etc next to the Bloemfontein tourism Centre can no one see its a disgrace how the tourism Centre and surrounds look ? Get the place clean decent safe and attractive as a proper tourism Centre should look like

Nice place for now and again. Chicken is very oily now. If you use the drive through, you hardly get what you ordered.
