I had a good customer experience. The waiter was sociable. Food was prepared and presented to me in less than five minutes. The food was fresh, warm, and tasted good. It was clear the zinger wings had just been fried, they were hot and crispy. The soda was nice and ice cold.

I would give a zero if I could. Waited 40 minutes in the drive through. Thought there was something wrong. Asked the lady at the paypoint, and she says there is no problem. Meaning their service is just pathetic.

The service was very poor, we waited at the drive through for a long period of time then we decided to go and order inside but there we waited another 30 minutes but the food was good. I guess they were worth the wait.

I went with friends late at 9pm. So we went by the drive-thru and they asked us to wait for 20 minutes because they didn't have chicken. Ah!
Cool, we waited but it was longer than 20 minutes. The food came but there were no serviettes or seasonings 😢
For a point, they did bring the food to us at the parking lot. And the staff isn't that bad.

Its ok, the chicken is good sometimes, sometimes it's really bad. But if you want food that won't disappoint, go for their burgers, they are amaze balls. And their ice cream beverages.. 10/10

If i could give -5 stars i would. Went there and my Father and I both fell on a wet floor. The manager didnt care a bit. There was NO SIGN and she was so rude. That is NOT RIGHT. I would not ever go back. Not even sure i would ever buy at any kfc after that. I would be ashamed if i were them. Laughing and not even apologizing

Very very poor.My husband and son put their order in and waited a while.When receiving their food they left and going down the pathway they both slipped and fell on the wet tiles that has been mopped and left to dry.There was no indication that the floor was wet and they should be cautious.The sign that was supposed to be standing there as warning was inside standing against the wall.They didnt seem to be bothered.

This is the worst KFC franchise I have ever been too. The service is nothing less than pathetic!. Their machines are always off line, the driver through is just as good as walk ins. I can't find one good thing about this store other than the food it's self.
