  The food, coffee and hot chocolate is amazing. One of the best places to have breakfast. Unfortunately, food and drinks take a while to arrive, the staff could do with some training. The tables are uncomfortable but the food makes up for it.

  The service levels have gone down since they have opened.
  Not only is it slow, but staff just looked at me when I entered and I eventually had to fetch a menu myself.
  Placed my order, but this was apparently not the waiter who was supposed to work that area.
  When the burger came, the meat was very well-done (bone-dry) and not the Medium I asked for (why bother asking me how I would like the meat done if you're not going to stick to that?).
  I ate a quarter of it and called the waiter, who was indifferent to the issue ("Oh, ok"). I told her to take it away but no offer was made on her part to replace it. The manager got involved when I asked to speak to her and the item was removed from the bill before she got to me.
  Though she was apologetic, it doesn't seem to be anything out of the ordinary, just Friday.

  Service and quality a bit dissapointing of late. Service really slow and the food hasn't been as amazing as when the shop first opened its doors. Coffee good and decor pretty ,and a good distraction from the average quality food.
