  Be warned! No warranty on any replacement parts purchased if the unit is older than 5 years. This includes any repairs completed by Jet Air technical staff. The Compressor supplied did not fit the unit correctly and was faulty. No warranty honoured!

  We haven’t ent had any great experience with their air-con at all, a year later i feel like pulling my hair out.
  
  They installed the device towards end of year 2019 (Nov/Dec), 3 months later the device wasn’t cooling anymore. Called technician to have a look, only to be told the device was leaking and they fix. How does a new device start leaking do early, why wasn’t this detected on installation. Mind you we had to pay the technician for the service, which was due to poor services rendered from the start.
  
  8 months later the devices cant even function for 30min on cooling mode with out tripping & needing to be rebooted (on and off on the main electric plug).
  
  What exactly did we buy 😡😡😡, must we call technician again that we will have to pay for such poorer product or is it poor service or combination???
