The disrespect is at an all time high. They make people queue in the sun outside while they sit and do nothing inside, they only help when they want to and don't consider anyone's time!

Worst service - Officials are just sitting around charge office not doing anything while people are waiting in line in this heat to get their documents certified. We've been here for over 45min to an hour now

I am in shock of the waiting time. Be prepared to wait for a minimum 3 hours especially when they have to change shifts.

Deserves negative million. Their service is very bad. I went there in a hurry tottell them the hideout of criminals who robbed me at gun point but they ignored me & told me to sit down (1h45) cz I'm not a VIP. They also expressed tribalism towards me (mocking & despising my Sesotho language & Basotho tribe) since it's a pedi dominated station & I was the only Sotho guy there. In the end, they never assisted me & they contemptuously laughed at me when I said that I'm going to take the law in my own hands after waiting 1h45. They give a very bad service & many have always complained about that station. They just earn for nothing.

This place is such a disaster. The service was extremely bad. The person who was doing my fingerprints for the police clearance certificate I am applying for is not one bit a police. He asked me for a bribe in a subtle way so I can get my certificate sooner. Without his “help” the clearance certificate will only come out in 4-6 week. I refused and said I was fine waiting the 4-6 weeks for my certificate . He was chatting to other ladies who were sitting in his room while he was “helping” me. I took over 15 mins to just do my fingerprints because he was on his phone and scratching his face all the time. The other police at the reception were all taking their sweet time certifying documents. Two ladies were before me and they needed their documents certified. Every time a document was stamped the police would stand up and chat to someone else before moving on to stamp the next document. I was disgusted at this police station. The cashier who took our money for the clearance certificate was helping another police check their salary and fringe benefits while I was standing there waiting to pay my fee. I don’t know how they were appointed to help the public. It’s so sad to see my tax money go towards these incompetent people
