Rude receptionist.
Car service fine but I won't go there again because of receptionist's rude amd almost aggressive attitude. Just not in the mood to be helpful and it felt like it was a effort to even talk to me, even though I was paying her for their service while this experience happened.

I have been to several mechanics in the area and have been disappointed often. So far, the car service and customer service I've received here is head and and shoulders above the rest. I have used their services twice and am very satisfied. I will edit this review as I become more and more confident in their service.

My voertuig ingesleep wat beskadig is deur sasol langenhoven park. Sasol Langenhovenpark se versekering Eon (hollard )het opdrag gegee dat J. J.motors my voertuig moet herstel. 10 maande later het ek nog nie my voertuig ontvang. Het my versekering opdrag gegee om aan te gaan met my eis. Ek moes R10390 betaal om voertuig te kry by J. J. Motors sodat my versekering voertuig kan herstel by iemand anders. J.j. motors moes daai bedrag by sasol langenhoven park gekry het. Maar het nie eers 'n poging aangewend om dit by hulle te kry nie. Hulle het net 'n inv gestuur na sasol en ek moes maar betaal om my voertuig te kry. Baie baie swak diens
