They could not solve the problem I have with the air conditioning of my Ford Fiesta. The compressor keeps on running, they did not even detected that. Although their reception might be friendly, but service to your car is poor.

My sister in law hit a pavement with her new Ford Ecosport and burst two tyres late last Saturday afternoon. My 4 stud spare wheel, of course, wouldn't fit her car because it is a different brand. Glenn from Imperial Ford, Paarden Eiland, left a birthday party to go and open up the branch for us to get a spare tyre that we could use until we could get the tyres replaced on the Monday. Awesome service!!! Thank you!!!

I have purchased a new Ford Figo powershift sedan last year Des 2016 and my clutch is broken, the cars millaege is 7000 km

Had to explain to the workshop manager that there is a problem with the car and he did not even try to make us not to worry but his attitude towards us were very poor,(and are still) almost feels like we broke the clutch on purpuse of a powershift gearbox,we bought a new car not to battle but here we are on 7000 km and already in the workshop, must say our exp so far with these guys are horrific, still waiting

Great service! I initially called Ford at N1 City because they are closer however after 3 calls no one answered. I called Ford Paarden Island and the friendly service manager booked me in and he managed to squeeze me in for tomorrow nogal. Now thats what I call service, thank you Imperial Ford Paarden Island!!!
