I visited the online store to order a Lego set for my daughters birthday. The online order process was simple, service was excellent, received delivery within 48 hours with a little thank you gift thrown in - most thoughtful. This shop is truly a little gem. Knowledgeable and friendly, and the best place to buy Lego in the Vaal Triangle. I have also been able to get some home PC equipment and peripherals and their technical know-how is very good. The only down side is that I have yet to be able to walk out of there without buying something!

Bought a gaming mouse that started acting up after a few weeks. Sent it back and they said they will repair it. After getting it back it still didn't work properly, repeated the "repair" process about 3 times. After this they said they don't sell the make anymore and refused to help. So R2k for a broken mouse

I was looking for a rare item and came across the Itech website. When I called in on Friday afternoon Johan was extremely helpful and even went as far as to give me the exact size of the box. It is now Monday morning and the package has already been delivered as promised.

Their selection of Lego is fantastic. My children would spend the whole day just browsing if they could. All staff is very helpful and willing to help with whatever your computing needs might be.
