Dependable my a**!! Bus was 45 minutes late and top of that, when I get to the bus (for which I paid for a specific departure time) they say the bus is full and I have to wait for the next bus, 1 hour and 45 minutes away. Utter f*****g b******t. I'm quite sure the liquid under my feet was urine as well.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is seating, and the busses got a nice upgrade.

This station is an absolute dump. On the one side they have this beautiful facade which is a massive illusion. I was dreadfully disappointed.

The services are safe and reliable.
The staff is friendly and helpful
The coaches are very clean and comfortable.

Unfriendly and lethargic service. Tv's were on all night with nothing but a blue screen so no sleeping. And the driver phone was out of order. Don't waste your money on this excruciating experience.
