They opened very which is good but the bad things is that they are not prepared the tea and coffee and it just coffee and tea no snack.

Disgusting service! I called in this morning wanting to book a service, the receptionist put me on hold for 2 minutes and then dropped the call. I called back, had to ask over 3 times to be transferred to the service division as they apparently had trouble hearing over their phone, the service division then just rang and rang and after about 5 minutes I come back to the receptionist. I then asked to be transferred to the branch manager and once again the phone just rings and rings and comes back to the receptionist, and then she drops the call again. I then contacted another Hyundai dealership and was assisted with a confirmed service booking within 2 minutes.
