So here I call to check the cost on my i10 service for 120000km service. Get telephonic quote for R4300.14, go to pick up car and get a very nice suprise, suddenly the service now is R4900+. HTF!!!
At least I had a call recording to proof what they quoted!! Realy not impressed

Very poor service, I had to constantly call to ensure if everything is on track. I definitely reckon think twice before dealing. I purchased a vehicle from Gauteng which is 1500km from them trusting they would take care of everything and ensure the car reaches me on time, to my dismay the deal took 3 days to finalize my car has not reached me yet, delayed by 5 days. I will never recommend anyone to this dealership, we are just a number that's how we are treated

On Thursday I inquired about a pre-owned vehicle. I signed a Offer to Purchase to reserve the vehicle as i could only view it late on Friday afternoon. I then received a phone call from the dealer on Friday afternoon, hours before i was to view my reserved vehicle, to say that his "colleague" had sold it without informing him. I find this highly unprofessional and unethical. That vehicle should never have been sold from out under my feet.

You will arrive at the service department with an appointment for your car to be serviced and there will be no one to greet you. No one to check you in, not even a security guard. When you do get seen to they will not have your paper work ready, despite the dealer having been open for an hour already. Couple this with the lack of the same department answering their phones or returning your calls, I suggest that unless you absolutely HAVE TO have your car serviced at this dealer, don't.

Hyundai Brackenfell is indeed my favourite dealer and workshop in particular. I am presently m8nistering in Ashton-Montagu area and I drive there because of the friendly service and always willingness to go the second mile.

worse service I've received in years. incompetent technicians that can't follow a simple job card task. even staff lying in my face after I overheard them speaking about my car. will never go or refer any of my family co workers or friends to #HyundaiBrackenfell ServiceDepartment
