  A wonderful chance to interact with Husky’s and Wolfs. Larry’s knowledge of his animals is incredible, you will walk away with a greater respect for these animals and the people that have taken them in and are providing for them. Well worth the visit, and donation.

  This is by far one of the best places to visit on any trip through Reitz. Larry (the owner) puts in a significant amount of effort looking after the wolves and Huskies. You can get a guided tour through the enclosures which is really an exceptional experience. I can highly recommend stopping by here.

  A completely unexpected experience. Larry the owner is utterly dedicated to the care of his rescued animals, and provides a very entertaining, up close and personal tour of the shelter. Any pre- conceived ideas you may have about wolves will be totally challenged, and you will definitely be back. Larry is dependent on donations and thoroughly deserves your support

  Feeling stressed with the city life then get in your car and go and visit the HuskyRomi Rescue & Wolf Sanctuary. Less than 3 hours from Pta/JHb. The peace you will feel when you climb out of the car for the first time can't be explained and then to be greated with the howls of the whole sanctuarygoosebumps! Can do a day visit or camp for a night or two. Very rustic but so worth it! All the info on www.huskyromi.co.za

  Basic, rustic camping, but the wolves makes everything absolutely worthwhile. Highly recommended to everybody for a day trip or a weekend away from it all.

  HuskyRomi.The sanctuary in South Africa where every wolf, husky and other animal are treated as a member of the family. Less than three hours drive from Johannesburg. Do yourself the favour to pay it a visit. Detail on www.huskyromi.co.za.
