Chicken wings are best for miles. Daytona shrimp also delicious. Tipotinto and raspberry also very tasty

Managenent at this hooters willing to give customers good quality service, 911 wings are pretty damn delicious.
Our waitress was absolutely brilliant and really attentive and gave us top notch service

So disappointed in our experience with Hooters The Buzz. We made a booking for a table of 15 (on Friday), and arrived at the booked time. Besides waiting around to be helped, we eventually got a table. The waitress told us that she did not have the energy to serve another big group “who keeps asking her for things” 😨
We brushed this off, but it became impossible to keep a straight face after repeated comments and waitresses rolling their eyes after we tried to place orders.
Never before have I felt so unwelcome in a restaurant that I love supporting.

On arrival at Hooters @ the Buzz, we stood around awkwardly awaiting assistance, being that the place was Barely active we thought there would at least be someone to help us to our booked table of 15. We headed to the bar for help, we finally got to our table.
A waitress came round and asked how many we were. We said 15 well that was the beginning of the end! “Urg, not again!” Sighed the waitress. “Your group better not keep asking me for things like the last group!” She said. Can I just say that I was surprised to find out she didn’t want us there and we hadn’t even ordered anything yet. Isn’t it that the bigger the group the bigger the tip?
When our group all arrived it took a year to order drinks and then another two to order food. We actually ordered food from another waitress as ours just vanished and this one wasn’t much brighter, She was just short of mortified that she had to take our food order. Anyway, in the end, our table was full of glasses and empty cans. The music was off for 30 after a birthday song (we had to ask them to turn it back on) and the food was average.
Thanks Hooters but no thanks. I have had bad experiences before. But never felt so unwelcome to a restaurant.response / report this review -

Great place to host a large group of friends for a special occasion. Attended a birthday celebration and it was awesome. The place is very spacious and the service was excellent. I had the hot wings and some sliders which were very good. The waitresses are very professional and sang for the birthday boy which was a good touch.

Food is great and waitresses are friendly. The only recommendation is that when the food is ready, they try get it to the customers quicker as it otherwise gets cold within minutes. They experience high volumes of customers during rugby and soccer matches so get there early. Food otherwise very tasty.
