A thoroughly disappointing accommodation.

The taps broke off. The cups and mugs were broken and glued back together or cracked. There were dirty dishes in the oven when we checked in. The garden was filled with cigarette butts.
The furniture was was incredibly uncomfortable and there was only space for 6 people to sit (even though the house advertised 8 people).

To top it off the cleaner didn't come on the second day of our stay (even though this is included) and when we phoned to complain we were given a lackluster excuse and no resolution given.

The area the house is located in is also not aesthetically pleasing at all

We were so fortunate to be able to get a place to stay at the last minute at Hobie Beach Guest House. The rates were reasonable even when booking during the busy festive season. We stayed for four nights and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. The rooms are clean, ample breakfast in the morning, friendly staff and management made our stay very memorable indeed. We will be going back in the future for many more visits.
