Terrible service ,biggest bunch of crooks and liars ,took them some wheel to be repaired a couple of months ago they told me it would take 2 weeks to repair ,after many visits to them for updates and after many excuses from them eventually I go to pick the wheels up after 2 months ,when I get there to inspect the wheels I notice they have been terribly repaired ,prep marks and paint runs all over the wheels ,put the tyres on the wheels only to find they did not repair the wheels properly ,wheels still buckled and not running straight. After complaining to them they reassured me they would repair them.again and it would take 2 to 3 days .eventually after a couple of weeks I finally got them back .more recently I sent them a wheel for a bike to be repaired ,they quoted me a ridiculous amount to repair the wheel and assured me they would repair the wheel back to original quality and that it would not take longer than 10 working days so I agreed to let them repair it same story as before after them giving me many different excuses and buckshot stories eventually they told me my wheel.is ready ,I go pick it up and what do you nkowthe wheel looks like it's been repaired by a 5 yr old,terrible disgusting workmanship ,after complainingthey again agree to repair the wheel ,after another 2 weeks I return to pick up the wheel ,same as before ,put the tyre and bearings on to check it and again wheel is running off center and wobbling ,the colour is not correct at all even though I told them many times to make sure they use the correct paint ,they did not ,the decals that was included in the quote I am still waiting for them and to top it all off when I'm wanting to make payment they want to charge me more then they quoted me.I will never use these crooks again ,they will never rip me off again .
