Great place for picnic, water boating and cruise. Especially cruise ride at 1600 hrs is amazing because you get to see sun set if lucky enough.

I had high expectations for this boat cruise We could not order any soft drinks except for still/sparkling water,reason been the cruise at 11am had cleaned the bar out,(really) not impressed,secondly the tables were dirty,dirty cloths,dirty crockery and no napkins,I had to ask the lady four different times before getting any,the main course and desert were lovely,(much love to the chef),the boat ride it's self was amazing,music on repeat on and on,my highlight was the lady who takes photos for you and sends them to your phone and makes a CD,that was well thought.major improvements need to be made,you sell it well on your website but fail horribly in playing it out.

Dont waste your time and money!departure was late,the food was cold and not anywhere near as they state on the menu,toilet didnt flush and our trip was cut shortupon me complaining I was told the food wasn't cold because their chef said so😂I was then offered a complimentary voucher which i declined.Horrible experience.

Don't waste your time, these guys are disorganized and clearly don't care about the customer experience. Boat left and hour late as well. I don't often write reviews but this one was exceptionally bad

Enjoyed the trip around the dam, but the service definitely needs some work. Didn't follow through with my booking. Waited to board in an area alongside bush that smelt like it was used as a lavatory. Departed 20 min late. Food served was nowhere near quality or standard advertised on their website. Phoned management and let them know my experience. They promised to refund me but never did – even after repeated attempts to address the matter.

We had a fantastic experience, great staff, amazing food, good music, the views are great and it is just a relaxing thing to do especially on a Sunday. Loved it!
