I am so pleased with my order.
I bought a wingback chair and ottoman from Hartelief.
Jeanette assisted me.
What a great experience!
Being pregnant for the first time can be overwhelming and it is normal to be a bit stressed when buying something online, but I was put at ease with Hartelief.
Jeanette made sure they understood my order 100% as fabric need to chosen and I had specifications.
I was always kept up to date with the progress of the transaction and received prompt responses to all my emails and whatsapp messages which is satisfying when buying online
She was so patient with me and answered all my questions. Even though half way through the transaction I changed the delivery address and they were happy to deliver to the new address without additional charges even though it was 30km further than the original address.
I am very pleased with my chair and it looks just like in the pictures (very neat and professionally done). Their suppliers and delivery personnel are very friendly and know exactly what their job entails.
I would recommend them any time to anyone!

A big thank you to Jeanette and her team at Hartelief Baby Boutique for recommending the Stokke Xplory stroller for our little Liam. This is without a doubt the best stroller we have ever bought.
This stroller raises our child much higher than an average stroller or pram, promoting interaction with our baby while we explore the world together. It also fits all table heights in most restaurants, meaning we don't have to take him our of the stroller and put him in a (not always so clean) baby chair.
The Stokke Xplory stroller was definitely one of the best baby products we have ever purchased.response / report this review
