Located in the Happy Days building is Gizelles Kitchen. Full marks for her daily take away options (normally 3 choices a day) which you can collect or have delivered between 4-6pm Monday to Friday.
Alongside is her sitdown eatery offering great value treats 7 days a week.
Gizelles also offers platter options for any kind of function which further compliments the conference/function facilities also located within the Happy Days building. Airconditioned with kitchenette off a large open sea view deck. Happy Days Staff are most obliging. Great value for your buck all round right on Beach Road.

Worst place I have ever stayed at, the room is not like the pictures, and no one is willing to assist you. The place is dirty, the carpets are stained, beds and sheets were dirty on arrival mold everywhere and is not well maintained. The bathroom floods for unexplained reasons. I would be considerate if it was cheap but it is the same as way better places, avoid booking here if you can or pack your bio hazard suite if you have no choice.

Upon arrival our place was filthy. The floors were disgustingky dirty. Our fridge did not work and was teplaced two days later with someone elses fridge, again in a state of filth. The very first morning when we wanted to make breakfast we had to throw away the previous tenant's left over toast that was left inside the toaster.

Our car was bumped in the parking lot after I asked reception for a bigger parking. Her response was - Sorry can't help you, your car can be parked on the pavement.

We stayed twice already at Happy Days Holiday Apartments and it is truly a joy!! People are friendly, apartments are clean and neat, very nice ocean view from the apartments and with braai facilities and a swimming pool, what more do you need?

I will visit Happy days again in future! By far the most wonderful destination to spend a holiday!!
