The sales guys that stand inside the mall are extremely rude!!! I hate this gym! First of all they put debit orders in my account and I didn't even officaoffi join the gym then when you pass by the sales guys and you in a rush and can't takt at the moment, they keep telling you to come gym you need to lose weight, I have never been so disrespected as a women. Like that before. I would advice people to join velirgin active instead, gym company is the worst

Honestly, why is this Gym still allowed to run business.. they are stealing people's money. I submitted my form before 5 days as requested to terminate after my friend discouraged me due to your poor services, yet you charge me. I've never used your gym, why am i being charged?
