  Was very interested in what's available to eat and met with with a lousy attitude i was obviously a problem to the lady serving as she was busy fixing her till roll. Looks like a great place to enjoy your coffee experience but we decided to walk away had a better experience elsewhere

  I think Gloria Jeans Pavilion makes a delicious 2nd best cheesecake ever (2nd to my Ma of course) . However the slices of cakes are getting smaller and smaller everytime whilst the prices remain exhorbitant.
  Very disappointing and extremely dissatisfied.
  I will be calling on my Mum more often from now on.

  The coffee was good but the service is bad. I agree with one of the other patrons comments that the staff just hang about behind the counters go about having conversations whilst you wait for their attention. Whilst sitting there i noticed quite a number of older customers and then realised it was pensioner day. Please Gloria Jeans the least youll could do is take these patrons's order/meal to them instead of standing at the counter shouting "Adam" and this elderly man gets up to fetch his tray! I was very disturbed by that. I understand if you donot have waitrons but at times like these i.e pension day where more of our elders visit your coffee house i am sure staff can go that extra mile.

  Service is very bad, the employees will watch you while they go about doing what seems to be a setup which I feel should be done before opening.
