Brian Turner I was thinking that
I am writing this e-mail with great disappointment. I have been a loyal customer of GM Motors buying Isuzu’s for the past 30 years. My Isuzu KB300, Reg nr TLN 586 GP was taken in for service/repairs on 18 May 2017 to the GM Menlyn branch in Pretoria.. I received no call from Menlyn explaining where the bakkie is or what is wrong. I called numerous times from 23 May 2017 but eventually Clarissa(who since left) returned my call on 25 May 2017 explaining/quoting that the TPS system needs to be replaced +-R6000.00. I agreed and was told it would take a few days but they would keep me updated. A week later I called and asked to talk to someone about my vehicle and after much effort spoke to Gustav(foreman according to reception) who didn’t seem to know about anything and asked to call back. He didn’t return my call. A few days later I called asking for him but he was nowhere to be found and I was directed to Amy who was now in charge of my vehicle. Needless to say , she took a message on behalf of Gustav as she didn’t know anything about my vehicle. No one returned my calls. I called again and Amy told me that my bakkie is now sent to another place for high pressure testing R 2500.00 but she will follow up with Gustav and call me back. I had to call again the next day and was told by Amy that the vehicle is now in for “diesel/fuel injectors” repairs and then promised to call me on Monday, 5 June 2017, to let me know what is going on. It is Wednesday today and nobody called. I don’t even know where my vehicle is or what they fixed extra till now if any.
