Great prices, friendly staff when you visit but the most pathetic service I've ever experienced when trying to organize anything over email. I have now been trying to get a simple quote on a rod for the last 2 weeks. I either get sent the wrong quote or completely ignored. The last time I ordered a large amount of McCarthy paddletails I got sent the wrong colour variations and I have a friend that was sent the wrong rod (from Witbank to Port Alfred). It just annoys me that the cheapest place to buy fishing tackle has such pathetic service. I guess that you get what you pay for. I won't be recommending Gani's to any of my South African fishing clients in the future.
