Very disappointed. I waited for 20 minutes for a Verimark salesperson at your customer service counter, who never pitched. There were nobody to assist at the Verimark counter inside Game aswell.

Game has a large variety of items making it a convenient one stop shopping center. Exchanging faulty items without much ado is another good reason to purchase from Game.

Waited ages for someone to answer the 'phone, and then was cut off twice by a person who spoke so quickly and indistinctly that he was incomprehensible. When I finally made contact with someone who was understandable he told me "NO! we don't sell that". No apology, just a flat "No". I think that a little customer-relation training would help. Very discouraging service.

Unfortunately service is terrible on most occasions and waiting for things from the store room is time consuming. Bought a PS3 game and waited over half an hour for someone before being told they cannot find the disc for the game. On the plus side, you can almost always find what you're looking for
