I phoned Game Vaal Mall to speak to the appliance department, I was transferred for 6 times but no reply. I phoned back and the receptionist told me that no one is available to assist me. How is that possible with a store full of staff. I had to give them a star otherwise i could not post this message.

Terrible, terrible, terrible service, no use going there for the specials because they never have stock. Still waiting for a call back on Jojo water tanks since January 2017. But in a cash strapped economy we keep on trying for the specials and the good deals, but you should rather not bother with Game.

I am not satisfied with the service of Game Vaalmall it is very poor and they employ inexperienced cashiers especially those who are working at jewelry dept, they don't even know how to help the customer who is using a credit card😙 ppl stand for long, I was very sad during Black Friday. Pls do something (workshop)

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Every time they have a promotion, the prices on the shelves differ from the advertisement and/or the shelves are empty. I would rather pay more for a better experience.
