The owner's level of dishonesty is unbeleivably. He is such a lair. Phillip Georgiou asked me to pay a deposit of R5950 plus rental of R3000 when I rented one of the gold rooms, that was on the 15 August 2017 and he promised that the deposit will be refunded immediately when I leave the place. I left on the 26 November 2017 and he told me since it was the weekend I can send him my banking details so that the Accountant can do the payment on Monday 27 November, I haven't received my deposit up until now. He is now ignoring my calls and he's not responding when I send messages. He knows that I moved back to Durban and I won't come to his office that is why he doing this. I must say I wasn't surprised by his action because when I moved from the gold room to his other property in the same vacinity he told me he had 2 rooms that were vacant, one was R2900 because it had no TV and the other room was R3500 because it had a TV. I said I wanted the one with a TV so I paid R3500, after the payment I was told that they have misplaced the key for the R3500 room but I can move in to the R2900 room while they try to allocate the key. I stayed there for few days than I was moved to the room I paid for when I got there the TV wasn't working but there was just a TV screen with cables hanging when I asked him about that he said I have to apply for dstv subscription and pay extra for it. He said the guy that stayed there before me connected his laptop on to the TV screen I can do the same as well. I just knew that time that he was a fraud. How can you price the room extra amount for just a TV screen and even say it has a TV. I just decided to stay because it wasn't going to be for a long time. I'm disgusted of his behavior and I wouldn't recommend any of his business to anyone. I've decided to take him to court though because I have the proof of payment and the communication before I moved in. If he treats his clients like this I wonder how he treats his employees.

Georgiou Dining and Eventswell what can I say about these guys other than that it's one hell of an experience! I will most definitely be back for more. They will cater to your every need whether it be an early morning breakfast or a lazy sunday afternoon lunch. Keep up the good job guys!

Wow, my girlfriend and I just had the best ribs and pizza in town. I ordered extra ribs just to take home. I don't know what they put in that sauce but it is indescribably good! I'll definitely go back asap.
