Very bad service. I went to freeway Toyota and applied for a Toyota corolla finance. The sales lady helped me in good way. I was offered help to get the insurance after the application was approved and believed they would do only the best for me as promised. I took the short cover as well with them. After 3mnths the was written off after an accident. The shortfall cover I took with them paid only half of the shortfall amount. Was called again to apply for another vehicle and was told the application was successful. I was called again to sign the contract and I signed but to my suprise, i never got the car but after signing I was told that the car was taken to the garage for smash and grab installation and would be back shortly. Never got the car, but financing house debiting from my account. I went back to them and only to find out I was given a false hope. Will not get the car until the shortfall is paid in full. What's the use of taking a short fall cover then? Or is it because I'm black that's why I was tossed around? Will never recommend them to anyone.

Phone to get a quote. Put on hold and get put through to 3 different people. Ask for a quote and then when asking questions the person cannot hear what I am asking.
