  We had lunch at the Fouriesburg Country Inn on a Thursday early afternoon. The restaurant is beautiful, the food delicious and the service very friendly.

  I am absolutely in love with the Country Inn! My husband and I had a romantic dinner in the wine cellar, the food was amazing, the wine was amazing, my husband enjoyed a nice whiskey, the waiter and manager were friendly. Everything was just amazing! The experience was worth every cent that we spent!

  The drive from Clarens is beautiful, go for a drink at the railroad themed ladies bar, you won't be disappointed.

  03/08/17 Had the most fantastic waffle and ice cream with a fantastic cup of coffee.

  Had a great experience, 14 and 15 July 2017, food was top notch, staff extremely friendly and helpful, fast service even though we were a large group. Felt at home. Strongly recommend.

  Lovely Country Hotel in the Free State town of Fouriesburg. Warm and hospitable welcome. Good food, and lovely old world charm. Established in 1892 full of history and lots of tails from the local foke.
